An illustration showing what happens to the spine when the small bones are weakened due to osteoporosis. This image includes both an x-ray and a closeup view of the bone structure with rarefaction of trabeculae. Notice the curves on the spine, that is the actual shape the spine takes with osteoporosis over a long period of time.

All of the bones in this design where simplified for the purpose of creating a better icon. The simplified shapes make it easy to identify the silhouettes of the bones, when the image is shrunk to a smaller size. I also highlighted the spine and added an arrow pointing to the closeup of the bone structure; to show the results of the x-ray scan. The file also includes a chrome clip and paper clip, which like all the elements in the design, can be rearranged and modified separately.
